I have a question.
let me ask it with an example. Sometimes when I look at the moving car wheels’ spokes across a railing or fence, and when we see a ceiling fan blades in low light we find that at certain intervals of time or sometimes continuously it seems rotating in the opposite direction.
Why is it so, if you can explain?
Once a term came to my mind, that is ‘persistence of vision’ which I remember I studied in my school times. Is it because of the same thing or any other reason is behind this ?
